I need a skilled Maxon Cinema 4D artist to create a detailed 3D model of a residential building and rendering with Corona Render. My main concern is clean, well-organized geometry that holds up for close-up renders and future animation work. Everything must be built natively in Cinema 4D and use corona render—no generic conversions, please. You will receive architectural references (plans, façade elevations, and a mood board) as soon as we start. The model must match those drawings in real-world scale, with sensible hierarchy and clearly named objects so I can tweak pieces later. UVs should be laid out so I can swap materials without stretching, and all shaders need to stay procedural or come with properly linked textures inside the project file.
