Project Brief: Prototype Development We are developing a hybrid stroller + child car seat. We are now preparing to build a physical prototype of the chassis (stroller frame). The original design was based on custom elliptical aluminum profiles, but such tubing is not readily available. For prototyping we will instead use standard oval aluminum tubes: * Inner profile: 36 × 16 × 1.7 mm * Outer profile: 40 × 20 × 1.5 mm The chassis CAD and components must be adjusted to fit these oval tubes, so the prototype can be built using readily available materials. Scope of Work We are seeking a freelancer who can: 1. Redesign the existing chassis (provided in Todmo Chassis assembly 04.SLDASM and profile overview) to fit the specified oval tubes. 2. Update all associated plastic components so they match the new tubing. 3. Deliver files optimized for 3D printing (no floating parts, correct wall thickness, tolerances, draft angles). 4. Match colors and finishes as closely as possible to the provided renderings. 5. Wheels requirement: * Wheels must be designed as two separate parts: * Rim: rigid material (e.g., PA/nylon or resin). * Tire: flexible material (e.g., TPU) to simulate real rubber. * Tire should be mountable onto the rim (press-fit or simple clip). 6. Deliver all parts in STEP and STL formats, ready for direct 3D printing. 7. Maintain folding mechanism as per original design.
