I’m looking for clear, presentation-ready conceptual drawings that show how a set of new low walls will separate two existing restaurants from a casino floor. The intent is to separate the casino floor from the entrances to the restaurants so families can bring kids/young adults into the restaurants from an adjoining hotel. Style & mood The walls will match the exterior facade of both restaurants. One is rustic barn wood siding, the other is stained red oak with painted beadboard inserts. Function Separate casino floor from restaurant entrance. Materials & finishes I’d like your concepts to assume we’re re-using cues from existing décor. I have pictures of for both restaurants, the restaurant side of the wall should match existing, casino floor side will be drywall. Please use the attached booth seating concepts for the seating areas. Deliverables • Would like concept drawings for each location.
