I am seeking a CAD professional to convert architectural PDF drawings of a home into a 3D printable STL project. The final files must be specifically optimized for FDM printing on a Prusa Core One. Project Specifications: Modular Assembly: The building must be divided floor-by-floor. Additionally, each floor must be sectioned into smaller interlocking parts to allow for a larger overall model scale that exceeds the single build plate limits. Geometric Details: Include all interior walls, stairs, and exterior facades. Windows and door openings should be modeled as clean open cutouts (no glazing or frames required). FDM Optimization: All parts must be manifold with no floating objects or "zero-thickness" geometry. Minimum wall thickness should be 2.0mm to ensure structural integrity. Incorporate alignment pins or interlocking tabs between the cut sections to facilitate easy gluing and assembly. Output: High-resolution STL files.
