KRV Travels is moving its entire ticketing and parcel operations to a single, seamless solution that works on the web and on Android. I need a full-stack team or developer who can deliver both fronts in parallel through a common backend API. Passenger booking must cover the full flow: real-time bus search, interactive seat selection, booking management for modifications or cancellations, and secure online payment integration. For parcels, the system has to support booking, live tracking, and automatic notification updates so customers always know where their shipment stands. An admin dashboard will tie everything together—route and schedule management, bus and seat inventory, fare rules, daily sales and parcel reports, plus user and staff controls. Clean analytics that can export to CSV/PDF is expected. Tech freedom is yours, yet reliability is non-negotiable. Modern stacks such as Node.js, Laravel, Django, or similar for the backend, with Flutter, Kotlin, React, or Angular for the front-ends are all fine as long as they scale, secure data, and make maintenance straightforward. Deliverables • Responsive web application • Native or cross-platform Android app (Play Store–ready) • REST/GraphQL API with documentation • Admin dashboard with role-based access • Integrated payment gateway (UPI, cards, net-banking) • Complete database schema & ERD • Deployment scripts and basic DevOps setup • Source code in a private repo and a brief hand-over session Include a link to at least one live booking or e-commerce project you’ve shipped, outline the tech stack you propose, and give me a realistic timeline with milestones for each major deliverable.
