I have a list of email addresses that needs to be cleaned and fully validated so the final file is safe for campaigns and CRM import. At the very least I need every address run through a solid syntax check and removed if it is clearly malformed. If your workflow also covers domain verification or deeper inbox-level testing, let me know—those extra layers would be a plus, but the core requirement is a reliable “valid / invalid” flag for each record. You’ll receive the list as a CSV and I’ll need it back in the same format with an added status column as well as a short summary of how many addresses were corrected, flagged, or discarded. Please outline which toolset you plan to use (e.g. ZeroBounce, NeverBounce, EmailListVerify, custom scripts in Python + Pandas, etc.) and roughly how long you’ll need once the file is shared. Accuracy is the priority; I’d like the cleaned list to keep hard-bounces to an absolute minimum.
