I am starting with a completely blank slate and need a partner who can take me from concept to live release on a global recruitment platform. The core of the product will be powered by external job-feed APIs such as Indeed, Adzuna and CareerOne, then extended with our own features so employers can post directly and job seekers can apply inside the system. The first release must include: • Job posting and management for employers • End-to-end candidate application tracking with status updates and notifications • An employer dashboard that surfaces key analytics (views, clicks, conversions) • Separate, intuitive experiences for Job Seekers and Employers only—no recruiter role at this stage I’m expecting you to guide architecture decisions, design the UX, build the back-end and front-end, integrate the APIs, and deploy to a scalable cloud environment (AWS, GCP or similar). Modern frameworks—React or Next.js on the front, Node, Python or comparable on the back—are preferred as long as the final codebase is clean, documented and covered by automated tests. Deliverables I will sign off on: 1. Technical architecture & data model documentation 2. Wireframes or clickable prototype showing every required flow 3. Fully-functional MVP with API integrations, authentication, and role-based access 4. Infrastructure-as-code scripts plus CI/CD pipeline 5. Production deployment and a concise hand-over guide If you have previously built job boards, ATS modules, or any system that consumes Adzuna, CareerOne or similar feeds, please highlight that experience.
