QicSEND SL is a cross-border remittance platform enabling fast, low-cost money transfers from Canada to Sri Lanka. Recipients in Sri Lanka initiate payment requests; senders in Canada pay via Interac e-Transfer; funds settle in USD or LKR on the recipient's digital wallet — with every settlement step recorded on a USDC blockchain audit ledger. The platform is built on an existing .NET backend (PCMCoreService) and Vue.js PWA, integrated with Moneris (Interac Autodeposit), XE Currency, Circle USDC, Cargills FOREX, WhatsApp Business API, and Vonage. You will read, understand, and extend this production codebase — not build from scratch. Need to build a progressive webapp and it is a 6 month project
