My immediate focus is the core account setup, specifically: • Cleanly importing our historical transaction data (CSV files) so every deal, commission split, document link, and date is mapped to the correct fields and reports. • Building out workflows and automation rules that mirror how our brokerage actually moves a file from listing to close—task lists, status triggers, email notifications, and escrow reminders included. User creation, client data, and property-listing imports may come later, but right now I need the transaction side rock-solid and the automation firing reliably.
