I’m finalising a new handheld breath analyser and need a production-ready 3D CAD model for its outer shell. The job is strictly 3D modelling—no 2D drafting or prototyping right now—and it covers only the external casing. The enclosure will be moulded in plastic, so wall thickness, draft angles, ribs, bosses and snap-fits must follow standard injection-moulding practice. Cosmetic surfaces should be clean enough for a lightly textured finish, while internal geometry must support straightforward two-part tooling. Deliverables • Native CAD file (SolidWorks, Fusion 360 or comparable) plus a neutral STEP/IGES export • High-resolution render or short turn-table animation that shows assembly and overall look • One manufacturing drawing highlighting critical dimensions for the mouthpiece port, buttons and USB-C opening Acceptance criteria – Model imports without errors in SolidWorks 2022 – Positive draft ≥1° on all mould-pull faces – Overall dimensions stay within the 120 × 60 × 25 mm envelope I supply If you’ve designed small plastic enclosures for medical or IoT devices before, share a couple of screenshots and your expected turnaround time with your bid.
