I need a browser-based dashboard that lets our Admins and Managers keep every key company file and metric in one place. Also, need a 3 page website to advertise the business operations. For the dashboard I ned the following: Budget area • Upload up to three separate XLS budget files. • On upload the data is parsed and sent to its own budget page that shows BOTH a clean data table and visual charts. • A fourth “Summary” page automatically aggregates the three budgets and presents the totals side-by-side in bar graphs for quick comparison. Headcount area • A single XLS named “headcount” should be uploaded. • The system reads the file and builds an interactive team hierarchy/organisation chart for each of the three businesses with drill-down capability. Document repository • Drag-and-drop or select files to store agreements, policies and any paperwork. • Basic foldering, tagging and quick search are required. Access control Only two roles exist—Admin and Manager—and all pages, uploads and edits must respect these permissions. Tech expectations I’m open to the stack you prefer (Django/React, Node/Express, Laravel, etc.), but the solution has to run on our own server, include clear setup documentation, and keep raw spreadsheets stored securely. Chart.js, D3 or similar libraries are fine for the visuals, and something like goJS or vis.js could drive the org chart. Deliverables • Source code and database schema • Deployment guide (step-by-step) • Brief user guide so my managers can start uploading on day one • Two weeks of post-launch bug support If you have prior work parsing XLS files and building data-rich dashboards, please include a link or short description when you reply.
