I’m creating an online platform dedicated to fighting corruption and I need it to serve visitors in both English and Marathi. The site will use a clean tabbed layout so users can quickly jump between sections, and every page must be fully responsive. Multilingual & Font Requirements • Content appears in English or Marathi, with Marathi text input and display handled through the Mangal Unicode font—no local installs or plug-ins should be necessary. • Language switching should feel seamless on desktop and mobile. User Interaction Four database-driven forms power the project: a complaint form, feedback form, registration form, and a simple contact form. Each must: • Accept entries in either language • Perform client- and server-side validation • Store records in a secure table and send an email acknowledgement Admin Features A lightweight password-protected dashboard lets me upload images, videos, or documents. Whatever I add in that panel should automatically show up at the bottom of the relevant page without extra coding—exactly as chosen in the dashboard. Development Notes • Tabbed layout: Bootstrap, Tailwind, or bespoke CSS—your call as long as it’s fast and WCAG-friendly. • Suggested stack: PHP/Laravel or Node.js with MySQL, though I’m open to alternatives if you outline your reasoning. • Include spam protection (Google reCAPTCHA or similar). • Code must be clean, commented, and ready to deploy on a standard cPanel/Linux host. Acceptance Criteria 1. Marathi renders correctly in Mangal across all modern browsers. 2. All four forms submit, store, and email flawlessly. 3. Admin uploads appear in the correct page section. 4. Lighthouse performance and accessibility scores both 80+. I have WHM/CPanel setup. Website will work on that. May need help to configure https also if possible. Contents are in attached file.
