I need a super clean, super modern, responsive website that focuses on providing rich, easy-to-find information about our upcoming event (see the campaign page here: https://givebutter.com/MASS2026). The single goal is to inform visitors—no e-commerce or donation funnels this time—so every design and content choice should make it effortless for people to understand what the event is, why it matters, and how to take part. What must stand out • Guest speakers sit at the very top of the priority list. • The most important part of the content is to have consistent and clean headshots of each speaker. You can use what is currently on the website, but it is likely to have poor resolution. Find the equivalent or better photo on the internet. You might need to use AI to improve the consistency of the headshots. Please look throughout my website, www.win.ngo, to see the quality and consistency of the headshots I like. I prefer them all with a transparent background against black and coming out of a semi-circle in the back. The size of the heads must all be the same. You might need AI to make them face in about the same direction, but it does not need to be 100% the same, I think. You may also need AI to extend the width of headshots on the web, or to make the distance showing below the chin similar. • In addition to the full name of each speaker - be sure to have Role/Position and Organization • Have a button for the LinkedIn profile. • As a Phase II, after this phase, I want a pop-up with a short bio on each speaker. In addition to the organization name, I want the LOGO for each organization under the name of the organization. I might put this into a Phase II or III if it's hard. bios, social links, affiliations, and published papers; you’ll turn that into attractive, searchable, share-ready speaker profiles. • A multimedia hero section that instantly conveys the theme and atmosphere (video or animated imagery welcome). • Clear, accessible navigation that guides visitors to: – Event schedule – Venue details (with embedded maps) – Registration options or links – Our goals, objectives, and full event description – Partners, collaborators, and sponsor logos – Travel tips: nearest airports, hotels, local transport, etc. Technical expectations • My preference is to purchase the absolute best Wix template add-on as possible - so that I can easily add this as a page of my existing Wix website > https://win.ngo. However, I will consider other event sites that are full-featured and give me freedom and flexibility to make unlimited changes myself at any time. • Use as many AI tools as you want to save time. • Modern, mobile-first layout; fast load times; WCAG-friendly color contrast and font sizes. • Please wire in social-sharing meta tags and basic on-page SEO. • Final hand-off includes a brief how-to guide, editable source files, and deployment to my hosting or a staging URL we agree on. If you have live examples of similar event-information sites, send them along with a short note on the tools you used. I’m ready to start as soon as we agree on a timeline and milestones. The sooner the site is up, the better. When proposing, please make sure you send me examples of your previous event sites, and let me know if you are going to do the 2 options now or in future phases - such as Pop-Up Bios and Org Logos.
