I’d like a set of basic detailed 2-dimensional plans and 3-dimensional renders that capture both what currently sits in my yard and the upgrades I am planning. The existing pergola, grilling station, hot tub and fountain all need to appear exactly as they are today—measurements, materials, textures and even small landscape features matter because I want the visuals to double as a reference for contractors. The future additions are equally important, with the swimming pool taking top priority. Please show how the pool will integrate with a new retaining wall and an expanded concrete deck while keeping everything in a warm, traditional style that matches my home’s exterior. I imagine walking through the 3D model in real time, so software such as SketchUp, Lumion, Revit or an equivalent that lets me orbit, zoom and change lighting would be perfect. High-resolution stills, plan-view drawings, and a file I can explore on my own should all be part of the final package.
