What I am after: • A cleaned copy of the original spreadsheet, still in .xlsx or .csv, with every address corrected, standardised to its local postal format, and clearly flagged if no authoritative match could be found. • A short summary sheet outlining the number of records processed, the number corrected, and any that remain unresolved. Feel free to use whatever address-validation resources you prefer—Google Maps API, national postal databases, or specialised cleansing software—as long as the final file opens cleanly in Excel and the addresses line up with official records. If you see obvious duplicate rows along the way, merging or removing them sensibly would be appreciated, but the priority is accuracy of the addresses themselves.
