I’m ready to move my entire e-commerce operation from a self-hosted WordPress site on AWS into Shopify so day-to-day management becomes far simpler. The current store runs well, but handling payment processing and order-fulfillment workflows has become too time-consuming. With Shopify’s built-in tools I expect both of those areas to streamline significantly, so that is the focus of this project. Here’s what I need done: • Replicate the live storefront in Shopify, migrating all products, images, collections, without data loss or SEO drops (301 redirects where needed). • Configure modern, reliable payment gateways—open to your recommendations since I’m not tied to my current providers. • Set up efficient order-fulfillment flows and shipping rules, again choosing the best native or third-party apps rather than re-using my existing stack. • Recreate core pages, blogs, and menus so the experience remains familiar to my shoppers. • Validate everything in a staging environment, then coordinate the switch-over with minimal downtime. • Provide a brief hand-off guide or live walkthrough so I can manage the new admin confidently. Please bring proven Shopify migration experience, comfort working with AWS/WordPress exports, and the ability to advise on the most suitable apps for payments and shipping.
