Project Goal Build a live Odoo eCommerce store for Aveenix that visually matches https://aveenix.com, uses Odoo for checkout and payments, and syncs products from our existing WooCommerce store (https://aveenixx.com). This project is focused on going live and generating revenue. Advanced features will be added later. ________________________________________ Stage 1 — Odoo Store + Theme (Match Aveenix.com) Goal: Launch an Odoo storefront that looks and feels like our current Aveenix site. Deliverables • Odoo Website + eCommerce installed and configured • Custom Odoo theme matching Aveenix.com style: o Header/navigation layout o Homepage with promo banner sections (sales / featured products) o Category grid browsing o Product listing and product detail pages o Cart page styling • Basic static pages with consistent layout: o About, Contact, Legal, Privacy, Security • Fully responsive (desktop + mobile) Acceptance • Storefront visually matches Aveenix.com • All main pages render correctly on desktop and mobile ________________________________________ Stage 2 — Payments & Checkout (Odoo-Native) Goal: Enable customers to complete purchases in Odoo. Deliverables • Stripe payment integration • PayPal payment integration • Standard Odoo checkout flow working end-to-end Acceptance • Customer can add to cart → checkout → pay via Stripe/PayPal • Orders appear correctly in Odoo backend ________________________________________ Stage 3 — WooCommerce → Odoo Product Sync Goal: Sync products from our existing WooCommerce store into Odoo (products only). Deliverables • Implement stable Woo → Odoo product sync • Sync fields: o Product name, description, images, price, SKU o Categories/tags (import as-is) • Re-sync updates products (no duplicates) • Scheduled sync + manual “Sync Now” Acceptance • Odoo product catalog matches WooCommerce • Re-sync updates products without duplication ________________________________________ Stage 4 — Affiliate Products (Tracked Redirect) Goal: Support affiliate products without using Odoo checkout. Deliverables • Product field in Odoo: normal / affiliate • Affiliate products: o Redirect to external link o Do not enter cart or checkout o Log click (user + product + timestamp) Acceptance • Affiliate products always redirect externally • Click tracking works reliably ________________________________________ Inputs Provided 1.
