I work with the same three-page proposal every day and would like to turn it into a single-click process inside Microsoft Word. The template already exists; what I need is a VBA macro (or series of macros) that prompts me for both numeric and textual inputs, then automatically: • drops each answer into the correct place within paragraphs, • resizes or adds tables as required, and • updates any cross-references or calculated fields so the document is ready to send the moment the dialog closes. Because both tables and standard text sections change, the code should be smart enough to handle variable row counts, optional paragraphs, and basic maths (e.g., totals or percentages). Error trapping and clean, well-commented VBA are essential so I can tweak things later if my format evolves. Send a concise but detailed project proposal describing how you will structure the macro, any helper functions or userforms you plan to add, and a rough timeline to first demo.
