Our team generates every Deal in HubSpot directly from an online booking form. I want that same data to feed an invoice automatically, sparing the reservation staff from re-keying anything. Key data already flows from the form, but I need several extra Deal properties (cabin information, tour details, and our standard terms & conditions) so the invoice template is always complete. The finished invoice must show: customer details, service details, payment information, cabin info, tour specifics, plus the full T&Cs in one clean PDF. Once the invoice is built, staff should be able to: • edit any of the invoice fields when exceptions arise • decide whether to send the invoice at all • trigger a “send invoice” email manually or let a workflow send it automatically • check real-time status (sent, viewed, paid) Please connect these pieces inside HubSpot using the standard quoting/invoice tools or custom modules—whatever keeps the process native, traceable and easy for non-technical staff. Workflows, templates and the accompanying email must be included so the hand-off to accounts is seamless.
