I need a marketing-savvy n8n specialist to turn my new real-estate site, Knock Knock, into a traffic and engagement magnet. The main objective is simple: boost overall site engagement. To get there, I want a set of n8n workflows that automatically amplify every article we publish and every property we list. Scope of work • Research the best automation paths inside n8n, then map out how they’ll feed Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn, push targeted email campaigns, and help our pages surface on search engines. B2B and B2C audiences both matter, so segmentation must be baked in from the start. • Build and deploy the workflows on my n8n instance (self-hosted). Typical triggers will include “new blog post,” “new property listing,” and “listing status change.” • Integrate with the social-media APIs for scheduled posts and, where possible, direct-message outreach. • Connect to our CRM/email platform for drip campaigns and behavioural follow-ups. • Submit sitemaps and ping search engines or indexing services automatically. • Add basic tracking—UTM tags, webhook callbacks or Google Analytics events—so I can see which channels and messages perform best. Acceptance criteria 1. At least one working, fully documented n8n workflow for each selected channel: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, email, search-engine ping. 2. Clear instructions on how to add new content sources or tweak message templates. 3. A short hand-off call or screen recording showing the flows in action and where to view performance metrics.
