The goal is to create a web-based Applicant Tracking System that lets employers publish vacancies and follow every candidate from application to final decision. I only need two roles at this stage—Admin (full system control) and Employer (job and applicant management)—so please keep the interface and permissions model focused on those. Core functions I expect • Job Posting: easy form to publish, edit, archive, and reactivate openings, with searchable listings for the employer dashboard. • Candidate Tracking: status pipeline, notes, and simple reporting so an employer can see where every applicant stands at a glance. • Admin Console: manage employers, adjust fields/workflows, and pull high-level metrics. A clean, responsive UI, solid authentication, and good database design matter more to me than flashy extras; there is no separate job-seeker portal in scope right now.
