I’m looking for a physiotherapist who is confident guiding a patient through the very first phase of ACL rehabilitation right after surgery. All sessions will happen in my home, so you’ll need to bring any small equipment you rely on and be comfortable setting up a safe exercise space in a living-room environment. My priority during this stage is to regain knee range of motion and begin rebuilding strength without aggravating swelling or compromising graft integrity. I expect clear progressions week by week, education on proper swelling control, and hands-on support to make sure every movement pattern is correct. Deliverables I’ll be looking for: • A personalised, evidence-based rehab plan covering the first 8-10 weeks post-op • Two in-home sessions per week (flexible scheduling) plus a written home-exercise program for the days in between • Progress tracking sheets so we can monitor flexion/extension milestones and early strength gains • Brief video demos or photos of key exercises for reference between visits We’ll wrap up this initial block once I can comfortably achieve full extension, at least 120° of flexion, and demonstrate controlled quad and hamstring activation without pain spikes. If you specialise in early ACL protocols and enjoy one-on-one, at-home care, let’s talk about starting this week.
