I'm seeking a professional to create comprehensive architectural data sheets and a single 3D render for construction documentation purposes. Requirements: - Data sheets needed in plan & elevation per space/room - 3D render required for one view per space/room Data Sheets Should Include: - Material specifications - Electrical and plumbing layouts - Joinery positioning Ideal skills and experience: - Proficiency in architectural design software - Experience in creating construction documentation - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to produce high-quality 3D renders I need less design imput and more a competent software operator to execute to brief. Will require harvesting info / details from various document and communications with client regularly. Can provide IFC of model already build in Archicad with sample data sheet of 1 bathroom.
