I have an E57 laser-scan of an existing building and need it converted into an accurate Archicad 29 model for architectural visualisation. The focus is the exterior only, so façades, roof geometry, openings, and key site context must read cleanly in elevations, sections, and renders; interior spaces can remain empty or as simple volumes. You will receive: • The raw E57 point-cloud (≈ 2 GB, structured). • Reference photos and rough dimensions for cross-checking critical elements+ BIMX report from the same project. It was done by someone who left and I dont have access to him so I have to rebuild it. What I expect back: • A single PLN created natively in Archicad 29 with organised layers, composites, and materials that lend themselves to quick surface overrides for rendering. • All storeys, grids, and reference levels set so future detailing slots in easily. • A brief text file noting any areas where the scan was incomplete or assumptions were necessary. Acceptance criteria: 1. Overall dimensions within ±20 mm of the cloud throughout. 2. No stray or unassigned point-cloud objects left in the PLN. 3. File opens without missing library parts on a vanilla Archicad 29 install. If you routinely align point clouds, use tools such as BIMcloud/PointCab/Undet, and can demonstrate similar exterior-only reconstructions, your workflow should fit perfectly. Turnaround is flexible inside one week once the cloud is shared; let me know if you need an interim milestone to confirm alignment before full detailing.
