I want a Google AppSheet app that gives my clinic a clear picture of every vaccine on hand. I have an example spreadsheet with all tables and data that we want included. The current spreadsheet has the following tabs: - inventory levels per site which is shared to our internal staff website with notifications at certain levels - table of insurances to differentiate between commercial and medicaid plans - table of vaccine types - table of doses administered (this data comes from an excel export from our emr so the app should be able to import this data automatically from those files) - table of orders (ideally this should be able to import data from pdfs of our vaccine invoices and also allow manual entry if needed) - VFC (vaccines for kids) inventories and balances per site, we need to the ability to track vaccines ordered and given under the VFC program and track those inventories as a subset of overall inventory (dose table tracks VFC doses, order table tracks VFC orders), and should keep a running balance between VFC orders and doses given by vaccine type and notify us when a balance hit certain levels - tables to verify lot numbers in doses is a valid lot number within the orders table - table to notify of expired and upcoming expired vaccine lots - notifications and data checks to catch duplicates in orders and doses, and incorrect data Two access levels are essential: • Healthcare staff - view inventory levels by site, enter wasted or expired doses individually, • Administrative Staff – full control of data and notifications Please build a working prototype based on the provided spreadsheet: • Data schema and initial sample data • Ability to import doses from excel spreadsheet, ability to import orders from pdf invoices as well as forms and actions for adding, adjusting, and deducting quantities manually when needed - Ability to track and report VFC details as noted above • Automated email or in-app notifications when any vaccine drops below its order threshold - inventory dashboard per site - any other form/report/dashboard as required to perform functions and report data currently used in the provided spreadsheet The solution must be created entirely within AppSheet, using standard Google Sheets as the data source so we can manage it internally later. Share the app and back-end sheet with edit rights once finished, and include brief setup notes so we can tweak thresholds or add new vaccine types without additional coding.
