I need an AppSheet application that lets our shop-floor team capture both photos and videos for every production run, pick the relevant order number from a dropdown list, and have those files land automatically in the right Google Drive folder. Once saved, the app should create or update a view-only Drive link so the customer can monitor progress without touching anything on our side. Core flow 1. Backend staff enter the order number, Customer name, etc. 2. Operator opens the app, chooses an order number from the dropdown. 2. They take the required photos and videos along with a geo stamp and a time stamp, order details, QC name. 3. The app pushes each file into a Google Drive structure such as Production Orders/ {Order #}/ Photos or Videos, naming files with a timestamp. 4. A view-only folder link is surfaced in the app for quick copying or automatic email to the client. Please keep the interface clean and mobile-friendly; most users will be on Android phones.
