I’m ready to move my construction company onto a dedicated mobile platform and need a developer who can build a single code-base app for both Android and iOS. Core functions • Project management dashboard where I can create jobs, assign tasks, set deadlines and track progress. • Employee tracking so that foremen and crews can check in/out, upload photos of site progress and log hours. Access control The app only needs two roles: Admin (me and future managers) and Employee. Clients will not log in for now. Look & feel Think of the “Building Control” style apps already in the stores—clean, no-nonsense screens that keep field staff focused on the task rather than eye candy. Platform & tech I’m open to Flutter, React Native or any framework that keeps future maintenance simple and affordable while still giving me native-level performance, offline data caching and easy store deployment.
