I’m building a brand-new mobile application that must launch on both Android and iOS. The concept, wireframes, and design assets are ready; now I need the complete app coded, tested, and prepared for store submission. Scope of work • Plan the architecture, choose an appropriate tech stack (native Kotlin + Swift or a cross-platform solution such as Flutter or React Native), and set up the project repo. • Integrate the backend REST APIs I provide, handle secure authentication, real-time push notifications, and any additional modules defined in the product backlog. • Implement analytics, automated tests, and a simple CI/CD pipeline so each milestone produces a store-ready build. Deliverables 1. Clean, well-documented source code for both platforms. 2. Play Store and App Store release builds that pass review. 3. A brief hand-over guide covering build steps, environment variables, and how to extend the project. Acceptance criteria • Core features run smoothly on current Android and iOS versions. • All critical user flows are covered by unit or UI tests. • A recorded walkthrough demonstrates the finished functionality. Timeline An MVP is expected within six weeks, with two-week checkpoints so we can review progress together.
