ERP system “Anbor” - full-cycle backend and infrastructure ownership. Designed and built the system architecture from scratch, starting with a Django-based monolith and later leading a gradual transition to a clean architecture with a modern, high-performance stack (Litestar, SQLAlchemy, Pydantic, msgspec, Redis, PostgreSQL, ClickHouse). Improved system performance by up to 500% through deep optimization of application logic and database queries, significantly reducing load and improving responsiveness. Led the backend and technical direction of the project: architecture decisions, stack selection, feature decomposition, and code quality control. Mentored and grew 2 developers from internship level to самостоятельной работе. Fully owned infrastructure and DevOps processes: Linux server setup and administration (production environment) Containerization and service orchestration CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes Monitoring, stability, and runtime issue handling Built a portable version of the system with a custom CLI tool, enabling reproducible deployments across Linux and Windows environments without virtualization. The solution manages all components (database, cache, workers, queues) and simplifies installation and maintenance. Flexible engineering approach: able to deliver fast solutions with reasonable architecture or invest in deep system design when scalability and long-term stability are critical.
