The hotel will have a small footprint on a 15x45 feet plot, featuring a ground floor plus three floors with a minimum of 8 rooms. The design should maximize the use of space while maintaining a luxurious feel. Each floor should include attached rooms with balconies, a reception area, and a lift for easy access. The overall appearance should be compact yet elegant, differentiating from conventional designs. Project Scope & Key Tasks: Develop a creative architectural layout for a 4-floor hotel (ground + 3 floors) within a 15x45 feet plot. Design at least 8 rooms with attached bathrooms and balconies on each floor. Include a reception area and a lift in the layout. Ensure the design reflects luxury despite the small plot size. Provide clear, clean, and unique floor plans and elevation views. Incorporate space optimization techniques and aesthetic appeal. Deliverables: Complete architectural floor plans for all floors. Elevations and 3D views showcasing the compact luxury design. Detailed layout including reception, lift, rooms with balconies, and other essential spaces. Editable design files for future modifications. Please note that we already have three designs from experienced engineers; we are looking for a fresh, unique, and creative approach that stands out.
