Project Overview We are launching a high-scale 2026 Season Pass ($144/$72 Annual) for a gold-backed sub-sea mining venture. We need a Systems Architect to build the "back-end engine" that handles global payments, referral tracking, and a physical gold reserve ledger for up to 400,000 members. This is a systems-heavy build, not a UI-heavy build. The Tech Stack • Payments: Paddle (Merchant of Record). • Orchestration: Make.com. • Database/Ledger: Airtable (Enterprise-grade structure). • Identity/Security: FingerprintJS & Sumsub (KYC). • User Dashboard: Memberstack (Syncing data from Airtable). Scope of Work (The "Engine" Logic) 1. Payment-to-Ledger Loop: Trigger a Make.com scenario upon successful Paddle payment. Create a member record in Airtable with a unique Referral ID and a 60-day "Vesting" countdown. 2. The "Dirty Dozen" Logic: Implement a referral counter. Upon a member’s 12th vetted (60-day) referral, automatically: • Inject +1 Bonus Token into their ledger. • Add them to a "Micro-Drawing Pool" of 25. • Trigger a winner selection once the 25th slot is filled. 3. Vault Ledger Management: Build a "Pending vs. Allocated" status system. Gold weight must move from the General Reserve to the Member's Ledger automatically after 60 days of active membership. 4. Anti-Fraud & Security: Integrate FingerprintJS data into the signup flow to flag duplicate devices or referral gaming. Integrate the Sumsub API to trigger identity verification for drawing winners. 5. Dashboard Sync: Ensure the Memberstack metadata stays in 1:1 sync with Airtable so users see their live referral progress and token balance. Requirements • Expert-level Make.com: Deep understanding of Webhooks, JSON parsing, and Rate Limiting (Airtable API limits). • Airtable Architect: You must think in relational databases (Linked records, rollups, formulas). • API Security: Experience with HMAC signature verification and OAuth. • Documentation: You must provide a "Logic Map" of all scenarios for long-term maintenance.
