Core requirements • Natural, conversational handling of English and Hindi inquiries, with smooth hand-off to a live rep when confidence is low. • Inbound and outbound call capability tied to our existing phone numbers, including call recording and sentiment analysis. • Real-time retrieval of customer records and creation of new tickets, cases, or deals directly from the call. • Web-based dashboard where we can train new intents, review transcripts, and measure KPIs such as first-call resolution. Deliverables 1. Deployable AI voice agent (cloud or on-prem). 2. CRM connector with field mapping and webhook/event setup. 3. Brief documentation plus a walkthrough session so my team can maintain and extend the bot without coding. Acceptance criteria: at least 90 % intent recognition on our validation set, successful data sync on 100 % of test calls, and zero-downtime rollout into production.
