Project Brief – Key Clarification This project is NOT about building a video generation AI model from scratch. Instead, the app will connect to existing AI video generation APIs such as Google Veo, Pika Labs, Runway, Kling, Banana.dev, etc. The developer’s role is to: Build the mobile application (iOS & Android). Build a simple backend to connect with these APIs. Implement credits and payments. Publish the app to the App Store and Google Play. Goal Create a mobile app where users can: Upload their product image (for example, perfume bottle, pizza, burger). Select from ready-made templates (for example, “Helicopter lifting product”, “Giant product in the city”, “Pizza spinning with cheese”). The app calls an external AI video API to generate a 5-second cinematic video. The user gets a preview and can download or share the video. Payment is managed through a credit system (example: $10 = 10 videos). App Structure Frontend (Mobile App) Flutter (preferred, for both iOS and Android). Simple UI in Arabic and English. Screens: Login → Upload Product Image → Pick Template → Generate → Preview/Download. In-App Purchases for buying credits. Backend (Server) Lightweight (Node.js or Python). Responsibilities: Provide template list. Forward requests to AI video API providers. Manage job status (queued → running → succeeded → failed). Handle credit deduction (only if video succeeds). AI Providers (External APIs) Examples: Google Veo, Pika Labs, Runway, Kling, Banana.dev. Input: product image + predefined template prompt. Output: a video URL. The app does not generate the video itself; it only uses these providers. Core Features Simple, user-friendly mobile app (Arabic-first, with English support). Start with 3–5 templates, expandable later. Credit-based system: $1 = 1 video. Notifications when video is ready. Easy to add or remove templates in the backend. Skills Needed Flutter (iOS + Android). Firebase (authentication, database, storage, push notifications). Node.js or Python backend. REST API integration with external AI providers. In-App Purchases (Apple StoreKit and Google Play Billing). App Store Connect and Google Play Console experience. Deliverables Full source code (frontend + backend). Test builds (TestFlight for iOS, Internal Testing for Android). Published app on App Store and Google Play. Documentation on how to add templates or switch providers. Example Reference A good reference app is PixVerse AI (available on the iOS App Store). It allows users to upload an image, choose a template, and generate an AI video. Our app will be similar in concept, but focused on products and business use cases (for example, restaurants, shops, e-commerce).
