We’re looking for a passionate AI / Machine Learning Developer to design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning solutions that drive real business impact. You’ll work closely with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to build predictive models, automate workflows, and deliver intelligent software systems that improve decision-making and efficiency across the organization. Key Responsibilities Develop, train, and deploy machine learning models for prediction, classification, NLP, or computer vision tasks. Build and maintain end-to-end ML pipelines, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and evaluation. Integrate models into production-grade applications using Python, FastAPI, or Flask. Collaborate with data engineers to optimize data ingestion and processing pipelines (ETL). Conduct model validation, A/B testing, and performance tuning to ensure scalability and reliability. Work with cross-functional teams to define AI-driven features and translate business problems into ML solutions. Stay current with advancements in AI/ML frameworks, large language models (LLMs), and MLOps practices.
