About Us We are Happy & Pretty (happyandpretty.de), a German-based K-Beauty (Korean Cosmetics) eCommerce brand. Small in size (2 persons only) but willing to grow fast. We sell authentic Korean skincare and beauty products to customers primarily in Germany and Europe. We are looking for an (experienced) freelancer to set up an AI Influencer Content System for our brand – with the goal of producing automated, performance-driven video content featuring AI avatars that promote our K-Beauty products on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. If this works well for us, we will scale this system and potentially offer it as a service too. Important: Build & Handover Project This is explicitly a Build & Handover project. Our goal is to learn and take full control of the system after a successful initial run. We have done the initial homework but rather than we investing time, ideally, the freelancer with time can "make it happen". Tool & Account Ownership: All tools, platforms, and accounts used in this project will be registered, owned, and paid by us from day one. You will work within our accounts – no tools will be registered under your name or your agency. We will not accept proprietary black-box solutions that create dependency on you. Handover Expectations: After Phase 1 is signed off, we expect a full handover including a 30-minute walkthrough call SOP documentation must be detailed enough that me and my colleague can operate the system independently without you. You are welcome to pitch an ongoing optimization retainer (Phase 2) – but we must be able to run without you if we choose too. What this means for you as a freelancer: Your value is your expertise in setting this up correctly and efficiently We are not looking for someone to manage this long-term – we are looking for someone to build it right the first time If Phase 1 is excellent, there is real opportunity for Phase 2 projects (scaled system) – but this is not guaranteed If you have never done such a project but willing to go for it, you are welcome. At the end of the day, if you able to create the AI- Influencer system for us, great! Project Goal Build a semi-automated AI influencer pipeline where: We define AI avatar characters (appearance, personality, language, tone) We feed product information and brand briefings into the system that we have (and or we can collect from other sources too) The system generates video scripts automatically or semi-automatically AI avatars produce finished videos based on these scripts (in German. English is optional). Videos are published (or ready to publish) across social media channels (Insta, YouTube and tiktok) Performance data is tracked and feeds back into content decisions Top-performing avatars and products get prioritized for more content What We Need You To Set Up Module 1 – AI Avatar Creation Set up and configure at least 2–3 distinct AI avatar characters using tools like HeyGen, D-ID, or equivalent Each avatar should have a defined look, voice, language (German), and personality Avatars should be reusable across multiple videos without additional cost per use Deliver: ready-to-use avatar profiles with sample output videos Module 2 – Script Generation Workflow Set up a templated script generation system using ChatGPT API or similar We provide: product name, key benefits, target audience, tone, platform System outputs: ready-to-use 30–60 second video scripts in German Deliver: working prompt templates + example scripts for 5 Happy & Pretty products Module 3 – Video Production Pipeline Connect script output to avatar video generation (HeyGen or equivalent) Videos should be formatted correctly for TikTok (9:16), Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts Ideally: partially automated so we can trigger new videos with minimal manual steps Deliver: step-by-step SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) document so our team can operate it independently Module 4 – Performance Tracking Setup Set up basic tracking dashboard (Google Looker Studio preferred – we already use it) Track: views, engagement rate, follower growth, clicks per video, per avatar, per product System should make it easy to identify which avatar + product + format combination performs best Deliver: working Looker Studio dashboard connected to at least one social channel Module 5 – Automation Connect modules using Make.com (Integromat) or n8n for workflow automation Example: new product info entered → script generated → video triggered → posted to social Full automation is not required (although great) in Phase 1, but partial automation is welcome Our Requirements & Expectations Must Have: No-code or low-code solution (we are not developers) All tools used must have English or German interfaces Final system must be operable by our non-technical marketing team Clear documentation and handover (SOP in English) At least 2 working AI avatar characters delivered At least 5 sample videos produced as proof of concept Communication in English or German or Hindi or Marathi (written) Quality Standards: Avatar videos must look professional and brand-appropriate for a beauty brand Scripts must sound natural, not robotic Videos must be platform-optimized (correct format, length, style per platform) All content must be brand-safe Timeline: You write us in your message to us Budget Expectations Please provide a fixed-price quote for Phase 1 (all 5 modules or clearly state which modules are included) Indicate separately: monthly tool/software costs we should expect We are open to an ongoing retainer for Phase 2 (optimization + scaling) if Phase 1 is successful What We Will Provide Brand guidelines and logo assets for Happy & Pretty Product catalog with descriptions, key benefits, target audience per product Access to our existing tools (Google Workspace, Looker Studio) Brand briefing document (tone of voice, target audience, competitors) Feedback within 48 hours on all deliverables Ideal Freelancer Profile Experience with AI video tools (HeyGen, D-ID, Synthesia or similar) Experience with prompt engineering and ChatGPT API Experience with automation tools (Make.com, n8n, Zapier) Portfolio showing AI-generated video content (beauty or lifestyle preferred) Experience working with European clients is a plus Based in Asia, Eastern Europe, or similar – budget-conscious collaboration welcome How To Apply Please send us: Your relevant portfolio – ideally live examples of AI influencer accounts or AI-generated video content you have created (TikTok handles, Instagram accounts, YouTube channels, or video links).
