Lead Engineer (Flutter / React Native + Python) – AI Fashion App MVP Goal: launch a lean, functional MVP within 8–12 weeks, prove user retention, and scale. ⸻ Responsibilities: • Build a cross-platform mobile app (Flutter or React Native). • Connect simple backend (Supabase / Firebase + FastAPI). • Implement: 1. Email receipt parser (Amazon, Zara, ASOS first). 2. Broad scan function (video → item detection + auto-crop). 3. Rules-based daily suggestive engine 4. Push notifications & Stripe/RevenueCat subscription. 5. Basic analytics dashboard (Mixpanel / Amplitude). • Deliver weekly builds and maintain clean, documented code. ⸻ Tech stack (flexible if results are similar): • Frontend: Flutter or React Native • Backend: FastAPI (Python) / Node.js • DB: Supabase or Firebase • Vision: TensorFlow Lite / OpenCV • Other: Gmail / Outlook API (for receipts), Weather API, Calendar API, Stripe / RevenueCat Requirements: • 2 or more apps shipped to App Store / Play Store. • Solid grasp of Flutter (or React Native) + Python backend. • Demonstrated work with image or text parsing (OpenCV, OCR, etc.). • Fluent English and clear daily async communication (we use Slack + Loom). • Ability to own project end-to-end for 8–12 weeks. Engagement: • Contract: 8–12 weeks (full-time or intensive part-time). • Milestones: every 2 weeks (tied to working builds). • Trial Task: 1–2 day paid mini-project (parsing or vision demo). ⸻ To apply please send: 1.
