AI Customer Service Agents Needed

I’m looking to deploy fully-functional AI agents that can take over frontline customer service in English across email, live chat, and phone. The core goal is simple: the agent should understand inquiries, pull accurate information from our knowledge base or CRM, and deliver clear, friendly answers without sounding robotic. Conversation hand-offs to a human should be seamless whenever confidence drops below an agreed threshold. You’ll need to: • Design, train, and fine-tune the model on my existing ticket history and FAQs • Integrate it with our help-desk, chat widget, VoIP system, and email server (REST or GraphQL APIs are available) • Build a small dashboard so my team can monitor conversations, review logs, and retrain on edge cases • Provide unit tests plus a brief hand-over guide I’m open to whichever stack you prefer—Python, Node.js, or a cloud-native platform such as Dialogflow CX, Rasa, or Amazon Lex—so long as latency stays low and the agent can be independently hosted.
