Role: AI WhatsApp Chatbot Developer We are building an AI-powered WhatsApp Sales Agent for a Japanese Car Dealership. Goal is to create a Gemini-style AI chat experience inside WhatsApp that allows users to search vehicles naturally using AI instead of buttons or fixed menus. Primary Responsibility Developer will build the backend AI chatbot system that connects: WhatsApp → AI Engine → Vehicle Database → Human Handover System must be fast, conversational and feel like AI search (not rule-based chatbot). Core Features to Develop 1. WhatsApp AI Chat System Integrate WhatsApp using Meta WhatsApp Cloud API Webhook-based real-time messaging No buttons, no menus, fully AI conversational 2. AI-Based Vehicle Search (Main Feature) Bot must understand natural language queries, like: “Push start red Aqua under $10k” “Low km Jimny automatic” “Grade 4 or above hybrid car” “Best small car for city driving” AI must extract: Budget Model Variant Year KM range Auction Grade Special features (e.g., Push Start) Then filter vehicles from database and return matches. 3. Vehicle Response Format For each result, bot sends: Car Image Make, Model, Variant Year KM Auction Grade Key features (like Push Start if available) Short description If user asks for more → system sends vehicle link from database. 4. AI Conversation Handling Bot should: Ask follow-up questions if info missing (“What budget range are you looking for?”) Suggest alternatives if no match found Handle open questions like: “Which is better Aqua or Fit?” 5. Human Handover At any time: If user says “talk to agent” or shows buying intent System sends notification to admin with: User number Vehicle of interest Conversation context 6. Backend System Developer will build: Server in Python or Node.js AI integration (LLM API like OpenAI / Gemini) Vehicle data stored in database (Excel data will be provided) Search logic layer between AI and DB Admin config file for price margin setting 7.
