Project Scope You will be responsible for designing and implementing a complete AI automation ecosystem that connects our internal data and tools. Key Responsibilities: Integrate Shopify, QuickBooks Online, GA4, Excel, and Report Pundit into one unified data flow. Create automated weekly and monthly reports using AI summarization. Build a private document-Q&A system trained on company documents, specs, and spreadsheets (LangChain / LlamaIndex). Configure a local AI environment on a Dell Promax GB10 workstation for private use (Ollama, LM Studio, or Docker). Develop a simple dashboard or web app (Streamlit, Power BI, or FastAPI) to display insights. Document all systems for easy maintenance and future upgrades.
