We are building an AI-assisted counselling automation system for the international education domain. The system will automate student interactions across WhatsApp and voice calls, manage multi-stage workflows, and assist counsellors in converting leads into office visits or online consultations. This is not a chatbot only project — it involves workflow orchestration, state management, integrations, and human escalation logic. We are looking for part-time developers to help implement parts of this system under guidance. • Automate lead follow-ups using messaging + calling • Manage multi-stage conversation flows • Support human escalation at decision points • Work with structured data (eligibility rules, checklists, statuses) • Coordinate actions across CRM, calendar booking, and messaging tools • Support multi-tenant usage (multiple agencies using same system) Detailed business logic, scripts, and datasets will be shared only after NDA and selection.
