Project Purpose Develop an AI agent that automatically: • receives incoming data from an external source (API, web form, integrations, n8n, etc.); • analyzes and processes the content; • extracts structured data; • stores the results in a database for further fleet analysis. ⸻ Functional Requirements 1. Data Processing The AI agent must: • receive data from a defined source; • operate on a scheduled interval or via trigger-based execution; • process only new records; • prevent duplicate processing; • store a unique identifier for each processed record; • log errors and processing events. ⸻ Database • Type: PostgreSQL (or equivalent relational DBMS); • Database setup and configuration; • Database schema design; • Storage of structured data; • Storage of processed record identifiers; • Support for further analytical processing. ⸻ Deliverables • Source code; • Installation and deployment instructions; • API documentation; • Demonstration of the AI agent in action. ⸻ Interface • Minimal web interface; • Browser access (desktop); • Authentication via login and password; • Single user role — Administrator. Requirements • Strong backend development skills; • Solid experience working with databases and DBMS configuration; • Experience with automation tools and n8n agents; • Experience integrating external services and processing data; • High level of competence and structured/system thinking; • Not overloaded with other projects and able to fully dedicate themselves to this project; • Interested in long-term collaboration
