This engagement is a long-term, ticket-based collaboration where we tackle data analytics and related software development tasks for a portfolio of international SME clients. Each ticket is scoped together, usually falling between $1.5 k and $5 k, and I oversee project management while you focus on delivery. Core toolset Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, Flask/Django where relevant), Java for backend or data-heavy services, and solid SQL across MySQL, PostgreSQL or cloud warehouses. Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Looker is a plus; feel free to bring any other analytics or DevOps utilities you rely on. Expected deliverables for an average ticket • Data analysis reports that clearly outline findings, methodology and business impact • Interactive or static data-visualization dashboards ready for client hand-off • Automated data-processing scripts or pipelines that can be scheduled or containerised • When scope dictates, lightweight software components or micro-services integrating the analytics work Workflow & milestones 1. We meet to clarify the client’s question, accept data samples and agree acceptance criteria. 2. You prototype, then iterate based on my QA feedback. 3. Final artefacts are packaged with concise documentation and hand-over notes. 4. After client sign-off we close the ticket and roll into the next one. Acceptance is based on reproducibility of results, code readability (PEP 8 / idiomatic Java), and dashboards that load cleanly on the target environment. If this style of partnership fits your skill set, I’m ready to kick off the first ticket as soon as we align on availability.
