I have a full topographic survey and now need it turned into a precise SketchUp (.skp) file. My priority is an accurately graded terrain—every contour and spot height must match the survey RLs so I can rely on it for design decisions later. Scope • Recreate the ground surface with the same break-lines, contours and level points shown in the survey. • Outline the existing house only as exterior walls and roof planes; no interior detail is required. • Include any other surveyed structures that appear on the plan (retaining walls, steps, paved areas, etc.) so long as their heights are correct. • Do not add trees, shrubs, textures, materials or rendering setups. File management • Organise geometry by logical layers/tags (Terrain, House, Structures). • Keep faces properly oriented and purge unused assets so the model stays clean and lightweight. • Deliver one native SketchUp file (.skp). No other formats needed. What I will provide • The original survey in PDF and DWG with all spot levels and contours clearly marked. • Reference photos of the site for context. Acceptance The model will be checked against the survey RLs; +/- 5 mm tolerance on key points is acceptable. Send a draft if you’d like me to verify levels before finalising. Timeline No urgency.
