I have an early-stage building concept that needs a clean, reliable BIM model primarily for design visualisation. Accuracy is the top priority, so every wall, slab, opening and system you model must read true to the drawings while staying within LOD 200 scope. Alongside the geometry I want the basic “twin logic” placeholders set up—simple parameters, naming conventions and data hooks that will let me plug in richer asset information later without having to remodel. You may work in Revit, ArchiCAD or another mainstream authoring tool as long as the finished file opens natively in Revit 2022 and exports flawlessly to IFC. Clash checking in Navisworks or an equivalent viewer is expected before hand-off; I need to load the file and orbit around it with no red flags. Deliverables • Native BIM file at LOD 200 (Revit 2022 compatible) • Coordinated IFC export • PDF sheet set or 3D views suitable for design reviews • Brief hand-over note explaining the twin logic fields you created Acceptance The model will be accepted when it aligns to provided reference drawings within ±10 mm, passes basic clash detection and retains all parameters after IFC export.
