I’m starting a demanding undergraduate-level teaching course and need ongoing, hands-on help from 29 Dec 2025 (or 5 Jan 2026) through 3 Apr 2026. The workload will fluctuate between 20 and 40 hours a week and I’d like to agree on a flat weekly amount in CAD, or a single project figure if you prefer. What you’ll be handling for me: • Researching learning theories and current education literature, summarising findings, and compiling properly cited reference lists (APA 7). • Drafting and polishing academic papers that meet undergraduate scholarly standards. • Designing lesson plans, elearning modules and supporting artifacts that align with stated learning outcomes. • Developing quizzes, discussion prompts and small assignments that can live inside an LMS such as Canvas or Moodle. Content will target workplace employees, so familiarity with curriculum design models (e.g., ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy, Universal Design for Learning) is helpful. Strong written English, an eye for academic integrity, and an ability to turn research into engaging, learner-centred materials are key. I’ll supply rubrics, outlines, and any required readings; you keep everything on schedule, original, and citation-ready. Please indicate your availability in hours per week and propose either a weekly retainer or an overall project total in your bid in CAD.
