I’m looking for someone who can set up and run Sintra AI to help manage my social media alongside SocialBee. Important: I do NOT need an app built. I need social media management + automation. What I want Sintra AI to do: • Manage posting across my social platforms (scheduled posting, content queue, captions, hashtags) • Help create/organize content themes (recruiting POV, training reps, athlete visibility, behind-the-scenes, updates) • Monitor and respond to DMs and comments (basic replies, FAQs, and routing serious inquiries to email/website) • Set up a simple communications workflow: • If someone asks “price / how it works / can we try it” → respond with a clear message + send them to my website/contact • If it’s a school/nonprofit/team inquiry → capture details and route it correctly • Keep everything consistent with my brand voice and messaging What I need from you: • Full setup + configuration in Sintra AI • Integrate and coordinate with SocialBee (so they don’t conflict) • Posting calendar workflow (30-day cycle) • A clear system for responding to messages and not missing leads • Ongoing support (optional) once it’s running When you apply, tell me: • What AI social tools you’ve set up before (Sintra AI / SocialBee / Buffer / Hootsuite / ManyChat / etc.) • Which platforms you can manage • How you handle DM/comment replies + lead follow-up • Your pricing (setup fee + optional monthly management)
