The goal of this system is to provide real-time visibility and control over every customer project, from sales confirmation to final delivery and warranty. This is not a reporting tool. It is an operational decision system that allows management to immediately identify: – where each project is in the pipeline – which department is responsible – which projects have delays or risks – what action must be taken CORE PRINCIPLE Each project flows through a fixed sequence of departments (stages). A stage is only activated when the project officially reaches that department. Before that, the stage remains blank (no status, no color).
