Accuracy and legality are critical because the list will be used for large-scale email marketing campaigns. Scope • Countries: NL, BE, LU • Audience: B2B and B2C • Required fields per record: email address, company name (where applicable) and phone number • Format: CSV or Excel, neatly segmented by country and audience type, no duplicates, hard-bounce rate below 5 % You may use any reliable tooling—Hunter, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Snov.io, custom Python scrapers, LinkedIn automation, or similar—so long as the final dataset is GDPR-compliant and ready to import into common email platforms. Please include examples of past work that prove you can handle projects of this size and maintain high deliverability.
