Project Overview: I am looking for a skilled 3D artist to create high-end, photorealistic renderings for a residential house based on my 2D architectural plans. The goal is to visualize the final look of the home for both the exterior and all interior living spaces. I am looking for a "360-degree Virtual Tour" or a Walkthrough Video. Scope of Work I require a comprehensive set of renderings as follows: 1. Exterior Renderings: Full Coverage: 1-2 "Hero" shots of the front elevation. All Sides: At least one view of the rear and both side elevations (Total 4-5 exterior views). Environment: The landscaping is already shown in the plan. 2. Interior Renderings: Coverage: Every room in the house (e.g., Kitchen, Living Room, Bedrooms, Bathrooms, Entryway, Family room, Garage). View Count: 2–3 camera angles per room to ensure the entire space is captured. Open Areas: Multiple wide-angle views for open-concept sections to show the flow between spaces. 3. Lighting & Style: I need Photorealistic quality (please provide samples of your previous work that show realistic lighting and textures). Daytime lighting for all interiors; a mix of daytime and "golden hour" for exteriors. Technical Requirements: Deliverables: High-resolution JPEG/PNG renders (minimum 4K resolution preferred). Software: I am open to your choice (e.g., 3ds Max/V-Ray, Lumion, Unreal Engine), provided the results are photorealistic. Source Files: Please include the 3D source files upon completion.
