Scope of work • Living room – a statement zone that feels open and inviting, with striking accent hues and contemporary furniture suggestions. • All bedrooms – individual yet cohesive concepts that balance practicality with colourful flair. • Kitchen – sleek, modern cabinetry and lighting rendered in rich, lively tones while still maximising workflow. What I need from you 1. Concept development: mood boards and colour direction to confirm the bold palette before modelling. 2. 3D visualisation: photoreal renders for each room, showing daylight and night-time ambience. Tools such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar are fine as long as the final images are crisp. 3. Source files: the native 3D files plus high-resolution JPEG/PNG renders so I can review details with my contractor. 4. Revision round: at least one pass of tweaks to nail down finishes, layouts, and lighting. Acceptance criteria • All three room types delivered in consistent modern style. • Colours match the approved bold palette. • Minimum 2 camera angles per room, 4K resolution or higher. I’ll share the flat’s floor plan and measurements as soon as we start so you can model accurately.
